Last weekend the FCSCC Next Gen, Performance, and Masters Racing Team took part in the Ted Houk Regatta in Seattle, Washington. This year, Ted Houk doubled as the US Olympic Hopes Team Trials, so teams from as far as Georgia and Hawaii were present to compete for spots on the US Team. With so many unfamiliar faces in attendance, this was the perfect opportunity to put our skills to the test before the upcoming Canadian Team Trails in Montreal.

Our FCSCC athletes performed remarkably, taking multiple medals and accumulating enough team points to finish 2nd behind Gig Harbour, who attended with their whole club contingent. In addition, Next Gen team members Matilda Lawson-Long earned the highest over all points total amongst all competitors, winning every event she entered.

Congratulations once again to all our athletes!!
